  1. Monday marks the beginning of Mental Health Awareness Week this year and the theme is ‘Action.’ While raising awareness remains essential, ‘taking action’ is vital to lasting change and better health all year round.

In honour of this year’s theme, Lambeth Together and Partnership Southwark have created a short video exploring the different ways residents can ‘take action’ on their mental health through the 5 Steps to Mental Wellbeing.

  2. Lambeth Together has published a new real‑life story illustrating the life‑changing support offered by the Evening Sanctuary at Mosaic Clubhouse— a community service commissioned by the Living Well Network Alliance for Lambeth residents. The story is being shared as the Alliance prepares to present its annual report at the March public Board meeting, offering a timely reflection on how community‑based mental health services are preventing crises and reducing pressure on emergency care.

  3. Great Mental Health Day returns on Friday 30 January 2026, encouraging Londoners to talk openly about mental health and to connect with the local support available all year round. Across London, the 2026 theme is ‘everyday spaces’, the places that don’t look like services, but so often become the first place we feel safe enough to say, I need help.
