  1. Lambeth Together’s brand new electric Health and Wellbeing Bus hits the streets of Brixton for the first time. The new bus replaces the older diesel bus with updated features and better accessibility and is now good for the planet. 

    The new electric bus will replace our existing diesel lease bus and include all the facilities of the diesel model, plus full wheelchair access, a solar panel on the roof to power equipment and messaging about air quality and sustainability.

  2. This year the much loved Inspire Black Communities Health and Wellbeing Day returns to Kennington on Saturday 6 July 2024 from 11am to 4pm. Expect a warm welcome and lots of information to support you to improve your health and wellbeing.

  3. Measles outbreaks have been reported across the country, including cases in London, impacting children, teenagers, young people and unvaccinated/under-vaccinated communities.

    Measles is more than just a rash, and can lead to serious complications for some people. One in five children with measles will need a hospital visit and it can cause serious problems in some people if it spreads to other parts of the body, such as the lungs or the brain.

  4. Today, on Carers’ Rights Day, we seek to raise awareness of the entitlements and support available for unpaid carers in Lambeth, and make sure that more local carers know how to access their rights and get the support they need.

    In the recent Lambeth Council consultation on the Carers Strategy, Lambeth carers were asked what local changes would make a difference to them.
