Women and girls in Lambeth are getting better access to joined-up health and care — and a new video released by Lambeth Together shows how. The film celebrates the Women’s and Girls’ Health Hub, which this week picked up the Patient Involvement and Choice Award at the national NHS Excellence Awards, highlighting the importance and impact of working together to bring support closer to communities across the borough.

A neighbourhood-based children’s health programme developed in Lambeth has been named London regional winner in the NHS Excellence Awards 2026, recognising its success in improving care for children and young people while reducing health inequalities.Evelina London’s CHILDS model (Child Health Integrated Learning and Delivery System) won the regional award in the Neighbourhood health category.
