    • Connection with others
    • The opportunity to learn and develop new skills
    • Moving your body
    • Expressing yourself artistically

Creative health can also play a role in strengthening community and creating healthier neighbourhoods.

  2. Great Mental Health Day returns on Friday 30 January 2026, encouraging Londoners to talk openly about mental health and to connect with the local support available all year round. Across London, the 2026 theme is ‘everyday spaces’, the places that don’t look like services, but so often become the first place we feel safe enough to say, I need help.

  3. On 22 October, Lambeth Council, NHS South East London, and The Bridge at Waterloo hosted a borough-wide event bringing together creative practitioners, health professionals, and community organisations. Attendees had the opportunity to share ideas, build connections, and celebrate the role of creativity in supporting health and wellbeing.
