With funding from South East London Integrated Care System (ICS), Lambeth Council is overseeing a new funding programme as part of its work to improve health in the borough with other health and care organisations in the Lambeth Together partnership. The Neighbourhood Wellbeing Delivery Alliance (NWDA) Health Inequalities Community Fund is open to applications for programmes of work that will address and tackle health inequalities within Lambeth communities and improve outcomes for all.
