Healthwatch Lambeth is encouraging local residents to take part in a new national survey about hospital discharge experiences. They’re looking for people who have had a difficult experience leaving hospital in the last 12 months, or who have supported someone through the discharge process.

Healthwatch Lambeth want to understand how those conditions impact your physical and emotional health, as well as your experience of diagnosis, treatment, support available and self-care.
