Taking place from 5 June – 11 June, Carers Week is about recognising unpaid carers and their valuable contribution to our community. In Lambeth over 18,000 residents are looking after a friend, partner or family member who has an illness, disability, or addiction.

Lambeth Together has launched a five-year plan for health and care in the borough of Lambeth. ‘Our Health, Our Lambeth’ sets out how health and care services will work together, and with residents and communities, to improve the health and wellbeing of everyone in the borough.

Lambeth Council and partners in NHS South East London worked together in early 2023 to co-produce a borough-wide All-Age Autism Strategy (2024–2027). We consulted widely with autistic people, families, carers, and professionals across Lambeth between February and March 2023 to shape the priorities and direction of the strategy.
