Connected Lambeth is a new community directory that has been commissioned by Lambeth’s Adult Social Care team to signpost residents to a wide range of support across the borough. Lambeth Council is inviting local services to sign up to be listed, so that the directory is relevant and helpful to as many people as possible.

Today, on Carers’ Rights Day, we seek to raise awareness of the entitlements and support available for unpaid carers in Lambeth, and make sure that more local carers know how to access their rights and get the support they need.
In the recent Lambeth Council consultation on the Carers Strategy, Lambeth carers were asked what local changes would make a difference to them.

Supporting people with chronic pain is one of our priorities within Lambeth Together. Our Neighbourhood and Wellbeing Delivery Alliance (NWDA) has been working with Centric to set up a Chronic Pain Patient Advisory Group (PAG).
As September has been Pain Awareness Month we wanted to wrap it up by highlighting how this group strengthens the voice of people living with chronic pain and how it feed into our work in Lambeth.

With funding from South East London Integrated Care System (ICS), Lambeth Council is overseeing a new funding programme as part of its work to improve health in the borough with other health and care organisations in the Lambeth Together partnership. The Neighbourhood Wellbeing Delivery Alliance (NWDA) Health Inequalities Community Fund is open to applications for programmes of work that will address and tackle health inequalities within Lambeth communities and improve outcomes for all.
