Hosted by Lambeth Together in partnership with the Caribbean and African Health Network (CAHN), health professionals from our local NHS teams will be available throughout the day, ready to answer your questions, give guidance, and help you take steps towards a healthier lifestyle.
A new partnership has been launched to improve sexual health outcomes across Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham. The Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham Sexual Health Alliance brings together local authorities, NHS providers and community organisations to tackle shared challenges and deliver more equitable, accessible and community-rooted sexual health services.
Lambeth Together is proud to announce that Lambeth and Southwark have been selected as one of just 43 areas across England—and one of five in London—to take part in the Department of Health and Social Care’s flagship National Neighbourhood Health Implementation Programme.
HEAL-D is a seven week diet and lifestyle programme open to Lambeth residents. It has been culturally tailored and developed to support and empower people of African and Caribbean heritage, who are living with type 2 diabetes, to take charge of their health whilst enjoying the food from their culture.
