  1. Additional vaccination clinics are running across Lambeth and South East London this week as part of the plan to offer the Covid-19 booster jab to every adult in England by the end of December.

From Monday this week people aged 30 and over, along with those aged 16+ in high-risk groups, carers of vulnerable people and health and care staff, can book in to have their life-saving Covid-19 booster jab three months after their second dose using the national booking system, rather than waiting six months as previously.

  2. Frontline health and care workers in Lambeth can get their vaccine via the South East London CCG

Those who are frontline health and care workers are eligible to receive COVID-19 vaccination as part of the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) priority groups to prevent mortality and maintain health and social care systems.

  3. As an increasing number of staff need to self-isolate, care for family or become unwell, we need to focus on the people who most urgently need our care and support for their mental health.

This message sets out Lambeth’s adult mental health Alliance response to the current situation.
