Lambeth Living Well Network Alliance Progress Report 2024-25

Our Priorities

Our aims remain delivering the Big 3 Outcomes (helping people recover and stay well, make their own choices, and participate in daily life on an equal footing) by focusing on six priorities:

The chapters of this report reflect these six priorities.

Alliance Review: setting new performance objectives for 2025-28

An independent rapid review of the Lambeth Living Well Network Alliance took place at the beginning of 2025. The Alliance commissioned the Review to ensure it remains effective and able to further improve mental health for Lambeth residents during its three-year contract extension to March 2028.

The Review found that the Alliance has ‘an enviable reputation inside and outside Lambeth’ and having ‘met much of its original cultural change purpose…is in need of a cultural reset to understand and meet the challenges of the current context’.

As part of this reset we have agreed three areas of focus:

1.Reduce inpatient admission for people already engaged with services- by strengthening early intervention and ongoing support to prevent crises that lead to hospitalisation.

2.Increase the number of Black people getting early support.

3.Demonstrate improved recovery outcomes-evidence that demonstrates mental health improvements for people in our services.

We will be publishing data to measure our performance against these three areas of focus in these reports.

Can you help us?

We have a short survey that anyone who use our services is invited to complete. It will take less than three minutes and will tell us how well we are doing and what we need to improve.
