  1. Carers’ Week 2020 | 8th -14th June | Making carers visible

    This year’s Carers Week is all about Making Carers Visible – to services, to each other and to the general public. With the Covid 19 crisis further increasing the pressure and strain placed upon unpaid carers, it’s never been more important to raise awareness of carers.

  2. Fostering during lockdown comes with unique challenges, but despite this, Lambeth heroes such as Alex, are welcoming vulnerable children into their homes.

    During Fostering Fortnight the council are appealing to the community – now, more than ever they need new people to come forwards and apply to become foster carers.

  3. Lambeth children’s centres continue to support large numbers of families with very young children, through phone calls, distribution of food and home learning packs, and online activities and resources. Many families not previously known to children’s centres are requesting support through the new single point of access phone number and online form here www.lambeth.gov.uk/coronavirus-cyp
